    Stripe webhooks feed signups, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations directly into HeldSway. No polling, no batch imports.

  • Recurring & lifetime commissions

    Pay the affiliate every billing cycle, for the life of the customer, or capped after N months. The rule engine handles the math.

  • Trial-to-paid attribution

    Customer signed up under a free trial? Commission only fires when the trial converts. Configurable per program.

  • MRR & churn reporting

    Per-affiliate MRR contribution, churn rate, and LTV — all surfaced in the HeldSway dashboard, not in a Stripe export.

  • OAuth, no API key sharing

    Connect via Stripe Connect OAuth. HeldSway never sees your secret key. Scopes are read-only on customer + subscription.

  • Multi-currency aware

    Stripe customers paying in EUR, GBP, CAD? HeldSway converts at the FX rate of the conversion event.

How to connect

Five-minute Stripe Connect handshake.

  1. 01

    Click "Connect Stripe"

    In your HeldSway dashboard, choose Integrations → Stripe → Connect. You will be redirected to Stripe to authorize.

  2. 02

    Pick your commission model

    Recurring (every cycle), lifetime (until churn), or capped (first N months). Stack flat + percentage if your CFO prefers.

  3. 03

    Subscribe a test customer

    Use Stripe's test mode and the affiliate signup flow. Watch the subscription event land in HeldSway with the correct affiliate and rule.
