Pricing FAQ

Does the 30-day trial require a credit card?
No. Sign up, build your program, and only enter payment details if you decide to continue past day 30. We email you on days 25, 28, and 30 — never silently downgrade you.
What counts as a "payout" on the Nano plan?
The dollar amount you send to your affiliates in a payout batch. We charge 3% of that amount. Pay an affiliate $300, HeldSway charges $9. We never charge on commission accruals — only on the money that actually moves.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, both ways. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the first invoice. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep paid features through the end of the period. No retention calls, no friction.
What happens if I exceed my affiliate cap?
HeldSway will not block your existing affiliates from logging in or earning. We notify you in-app, give you 30 days to either trim or upgrade, and only then start gating new signups. Your data is never frozen or held hostage.
What is "Founding Member" pricing?
The first 100 paying customers lock in today's rates forever, even when we raise prices for new customers later. The badge stays on your account; the rate stays on your invoice.
Are there hidden per-conversion or per-affiliate fees?
No. Nano charges 3% of payouts; all other plans are flat monthly with the affiliate caps as listed. We never charge per-click, per-conversion, per-API-call, or per-team-member beyond the cap.
