Each RentMy booking is treated as a conversion the moment it is confirmed — not when payment clears, not when the gear ships.
Deposit vs. final-pay split
Affiliate commissions can be paid on the deposit alone, the final balance, or both. Configure once per program.
Cancellation reconciliation
When a customer cancels inside RentMy, the matching commission is automatically reversed in HeldSway. No clawback emails.
Coupon code passthrough
Affiliate-tagged coupon codes redeemed at the RentMy checkout map back to the right partner — even without a click.
First-party click tracking
Affiliate links land on your RentMy storefront with first-party tracking — survives ITP and ad blockers.
No code on your storefront
The integration is server-side via RentMy webhooks. Nothing to add to the public storefront, nothing for ad blockers to block.

Connect from your HeldSway dashboard
Open Integrations → RentMy and click Connect. You will be redirected to RentMy to authorize HeldSway with read-only access to bookings + payments.

Pick what counts as a conversion
Choose "deposit", "final balance", or "both". This drives when commissions accrue and how cancellations reverse them.

Run a test booking
Use RentMy's test mode (or a $1 sandbox listing). Watch the booking land in HeldSway with the right affiliate, the right commission, and the right rule trace.
