Zapier integration

HeldSway connects to whatever else you use, no code required.

The HeldSway Zapier app surfaces every common event as a trigger and every common action as a, well, action. Wire affiliate signups into your CRM, post payout receipts to Slack, build a custom approval flow in Airtable — without writing a single line.

What the Zapier app exposes.

  • Triggers (HeldSway → other apps)

New affiliate signup · New conversion · Commission accrued · Payout sent · Payout failed · Affiliate cap exceeded · Plan upgraded.

  • Actions (other apps → HeldSway)

Add affiliate · Adjust commission · Mark conversion · Approve payout · Pause affiliate · Send custom event.

  • Search actions

Find an affiliate by email or referral code; find a conversion by order ID; find a payout batch by date — all directly inside Zaps.

  • OAuth2 connection

No API key juggling. Connect HeldSway to Zapier once via OAuth, scoped to the actions you actually use.

  • Multi-step Zap support

Use HeldSway data in any downstream step. Filter / format / branch as needed — Zapier's native logic still applies.

  • Pre-built recipe templates

Copy-and-go templates for Slack alerts, HubSpot CRM sync, Airtable mirroring, Notion logs, and more.
