Overview of Analytics Reports in HeldSway
Navigation: Sidebar → Analytics Reports | URL: /reports
The Analytics Reports section in HeldSway gives you a complete performance picture of your affiliate program — covering traffic, conversions, revenue, commission trends, referral links, and coupon activity. It is divided into six dedicated sub-sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of your program's performance.
How to Access Analytics Reports
In the left sidebar, click Analytics Reports. The sidebar expands to reveal all six sub-sections listed beneath it. Click any sub-section to open that report directly.
For RentMy stores: Navigate to Affiliate → Reports in your RentMy admin sidebar.
The Six Report Sub-Sections

Changing the Date Range
Every sub-section shares the same date range selector in the top-right corner of the page. Options include:

| Last 30 Days | The 30 most recent days |
| Last 90 Days | The 90 most recent days |
| This Month | Current calendar month to date |
| This Year | Current calendar year to date |
| Custom Range | Any specific start and end date you choose |
All charts, summary cards, and tables on the active report page update instantly when the date range changes.
Exporting Report Data
Every report section includes an Export button in the top-right corner of the page. Clicking it downloads a spreadsheet file (.CSV) containing all data currently visible on screen — including the active date range and any filters applied.
Tip: Review your Reports page at the start of each month. Compare your Conversion Rate and Top Affiliates rankings to identify who deserves a bonus, a higher commission tier, or additional promotional support.
